Blagoi's International Car Service

If I’m being honest, I would not recommend coming here for a major repair. If I could give 0 stars I would because 1 star is too generous. I was quoted around $3,700 using used parts at Blagois. I ended up taking my Mercedes to the dealership, where they diagnosed the issue and completed the repair for $3,100 with OEM parts, warranty coverage, AND a loaner free of charge. I spent 400 bucks even tho he told me it’d be 170 over the phone for a diagnostic report at Blagois that isn’t even the original Xentry program (must be ran on all mercedes vehicles for a true diagnostic). All that and still ended up at the Mercedes Dealership for them to give me 240 for a diagnostic. Save your money and go get it done 100% correct and cheaper. Honestly really disappointed after hearing the good things about this shop.

Replaced my timing belt, water pump, pulley and tensioner on my Volvo S60 for a very reasonable price, less than I was quoted elsewhere. Good friendly service, completed on time. I would definitely return here, even though it is a 20 minute drive from my home.

My mom has been going here for years and has always received excellent service. I never thought she would have to have someone go with her because they were very honest people. Recently however, they tried convincing her she needed new tires and brake pads. She declined the service and asked me about it. Her tires are perfectly fine with her tread being barely worn down, and her brake pads were also perfectly fine. We are frustrated that they had tried to get her to do unnecessary work with her car and get her to spend money she didn't need to spend.

Recently my husband took my Volvo into Blagoi’s to discuss a potential expensive repair (engine replacement). This morning, I followed up with Henry. We talked options in detail - and I took a lot of notes. I feel confident in moving forward after our conversation. When I service my next car, they will definitely maintain it for us.

Spent $900 on suspension work on my AMG and when I picked it up it needed paint correction. I looked like they gave it a dirt bath and made zero effort to clean the car before I picked it up. Have not used them after this, now I go to a dealership. Also they do not report anything to car fax because they "don't believe in it" The place is stone age. Go elsewhere
